I began my fitness journey 15 years ago as a runner, always viewing movement as both therapeutic and medicinal. After a series of injuries, I was diagnosed with a joint disorder that forced me to reevaluate my goals and my relationship with training. My focus shifted from intensity and long hours in the gym to learning the importance of training with intention, listening to your body, and building strength that lasts.
