My experience in fitness dates back to 2015, working at the gym during college at Creighton University, where I received my B.S. in Chemistry. 

I became a personal trainer because I have a passion for helping others feel their very best, no matter what age or ability. I love wellness because of the balance it brings to life; and would describe my training style as holistic- taking into account all aspects of the body and mind. My training experience ranges from ages 13 thru 89; and I pride myself in taking extra care to guide each individual to their specific goals as efficiently, directly, and safely as possible.
