In my early 20’s I was nearly 100 lbs overweight and didn’t know what to do. I had never worked out in a gym or with a trainer before and had never been involved in sports. A friend took the time to teach me about weightlifting and in the process I lost over 100 lbs. It changed my life. When I was in college I decided that I wanted to take training more seriously and help other people like me; people who had felt intimidated or unwelcome in gyms. I have over four years of experience as a Personal Trainer; having worked with professional athletes and special forces operators but mostly just ‘regular’ people who want to move better, look better, and feel better.
I believe that everyone deserves a personalized approach. I believe in meeting you “where you are” and working together to help you reach your goals, not mine. I see my role as one of both coach and educator and I genuinely just want to help you be better, and have some fun too.
