As a former college athlete, I have a passion for maximizing the body's potential and helping my clients achieve their fitness goals no matter their exercise background.  I have always had a love for physical & mental fitness and the correlation of the mind & body - learning to believe you can achieve your fitness goals is just as important as physically making it happen.  I specialize in workouts that incorporate HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) as well as speed and power exercises, which can be modified to be safe, fun, and challenging for clients of all ages & fitness levels.  In addition, my experience working with athletes as a strength and conditioning coordinator for the football, basketball, and baseball teams at Morris Hills High School makes me a specialist in working with young athletes at AE Fitness.  So, no matter your age, fitness level, or exercise background, I look forward to meeting you and working with you to reach your fitness goals!
