My goal is to help you achieve a Crystal Clear Life through fitness, that is safe, effective and fun.   I specialize in weight and cardio training that is functional for everyday life, as well as sport specific.   I train all ages and fitness levels.  I am also a contributing fitness columnist for IdentityMagazine.org and a featured model in Bobbi Brown’s 2010 “Pretty Powerful" beauty campaign.
