Sladky is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over eight years of experience working with clients. With multiple weight class amateur championship titles, Sladky is also a current professional MMA fighter with a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu. Over the years of training clients, Sladky has created a unique, individualized system incorporating the elements of boxing with full body training, transforming clients' minds, bodies and increasing their awareness and understanding of self defense. Merging the foundational concepts of boxing and kickboxing into fully functional fitness training allows individuals to improve their self confidence by accomplishing the challenging work-set Sladky provides.
